We're the only non-BYU G5 team in there...Mississippi State as a "Cinderella" team?  Come on.

BYU has a great schedule this season.  

 On Sept. 2, BYU plays LSU at a neutral-site game in Houston. The following week, it gets a home game against nemesis Utah. After that, it’s another home game vs. Wisconsin. October doesn’t let up much with back-to-back games against Boise State and at Mississippi State. 

 

We have....   Um.... Well....  Ah... B1G powerhouse illynois     Woot!

I bleed greed and gold but if we blew out every team by 30 points, we wouldn't even sniff at the playoffs....  facts are facts...  sucks though

This season, not a chance. When we're playing an OOC slate that doesn't have two knitting circles on it, we might get a little sniff.

Absolutely no way. If we go 13-0, we're headed to the Peach, Cotton or Fiesta.  Not sure where the top ranked G5 team is headed this year, but it's not the playoff.
