Things have definitely changed over the last 17 years. I remember winter conditioning on the basketball courts that were shared with the students at the campus rec center at 5:30 AM. Those sessions were followed by weight room sessions in the dungeon beneath the Sun Dome. Definitely would have preferred being outside like they are now... especially with the better traction on the grass.
