Love Paris; go to the Buddah Bar and ask for the Anglo Bar map. If your server doesn't have it, leave there and head to OZ; it's an Austrailian bar and they will have it for sure. I typically close out the nigh at the Highlands (Scottish Bar) across the river... it's literally in an alley.. great bar

Somewhat related story. I was in Florence years ago and my wife and I found an Irish bar. I was watching the hapless bartender try and pour a Guinness, but she was getting frustrated with the amount of head (insert chuckle here) and I tried to tell her to use a spoon  with the pour. She replied in perfect English that it was her first week. Turns out, she was there as a student from Orlando. Small world.
