UConn's rival in womens hoops is Notre Dame and to a lesser degree Tennessee.

Uconn-Tennessee rivalry died when pat summit died. The only team that can call themselves a rival would be Notre dame and too an extent Stanford.

But they are called much more often in the women's game.  Men commit them at about the same rate but not called nearly as often.
