Freshman forward Malik Fitts (Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.) tied his career-high with 12 points, all of which were scored in the second half.

USF enters the contest following a loss at No. 19 Cincinnati on Sunday. Freshman guard Michael Bibby (Phoenix) tallied a career-best 17 points in the defeat.

Why are we never in position for a rebound like other teams? I never played ball past 8th grade but that just seems to be very basic stuff. Hate to say it again but it's so painful to watch this team.
