Bartow departed ETSU making around $232k in total comp, 162k sal (in quick search). And fired of course. Not sure if USF dumped a million on him or not.

If we could give him an incentive laiden contract and find some other good young assistant coaches to sign and develop talent, we could rebuild wisely and groom successor.

I'd go for that.  I'd approve of that before dumping millions on another experiment with an unproven potential head coach.

It's unfair to judge Bartow with the current situation. I think the best route is to give him a shot (a chance to recruit and rebuild).

Unless we can get a splashy coach (cha-ching!), rebuilding and going with Bartow would be a smart move.

I mean we can barely put a team together right now!

He's like T.J. Weist --we don't have a CCS on the horizon (cha-ching!).

And his hands are already tied. It's tough recruiting when the kid doesn't know who his coach might be.

Barrow can get us 12 to 14 wins a year. That's what this program is nothing more. Too bad we don't have the $ to make a splash.

He's had plenty of 20 win seasons NEBull. We could easily play a soft OOC every year and beat up on the worse teams in conference to make it to 16-20 wins on an annual basis, then slowly recruit up from there. Basically, fake it until you make it.

 Clyde Barrow?

No, barrow, as in wheel barrow full of cash. That gets 12-14. Better call the Brinks truck if you want 20.

Nice try, however it's wheelbarrow, not "wheel barrow".

Nice try, but if the last word in a sentence is in quotation marks, the period should be inside the quotation marks as well, and not separated from the word itself.

Thank you for that critical finding, changes the whole joke's impact. I'm sure everyone will get it now.

I went to school in England, and it's the KE.

That's the problem. This is America and we're speaking "American Grammar."
