He might end up being a good player for us.

Meh. It's not we're typically pulling in higher rated WRs. 3 stars are our bread and butter.

Agreed it's just not normal for us to head to SC for those 3 star receivers which leads me to believe we may have struck out on some local guys we got on late.

Agreed. But I'll take a solid player anywhere, anyhow, we can get him.

King seems to be excited about the class.  Or at least he is acting that way on Twitter.  Time will tell but WT left this class in serious trouble.  I have faith but it looks weak right now.  We will be fine moving forward regardless of this class.

Bingo. 3 stars have always been our bread and butter. 3 stars can either be impact players or special teams favors. In fact, we haven't had a ton of success with 4 stars in the past. It's all about developing these kids and creating a mindset to want to be great. Can't just show up on Friday nights and dominate at this level. This is why Miami has struggled, yet continuously sends out draft class after draft class with some guys even switching positions. We will be just fine no matter the class ranking by highlight scouts. Does anyone really believe any of these guys at 247 or rivals are watching every 2/3 star and breaking down film, not highlights, to determine who is better?
