The term includes a termination clause with a 24-month written notice. With a 24 month out-clause, it's not a big deal either way. Hopefully we get a better deal this time: Edited January 23, 2017 by NAM37

We will have plenty of time for this, 24 months in fact, if notice is given to terminate the Ray Jay lease.

Anything would be an improvement at this point.

Hope they are better situated this time around.

I get sick thinking of the Glazers getting money from USF for using a taxpayer built public stadium.

Now, in context, we aren't saying if the Bucs get $10 we get $10, but we are saying, if the Bucs get 2% of food concessions at Bucs games, we should get 2% of food concessions at USF games. Seems very reasonable to me, since it is a community stadium.
