Not to be a homer, but UF and Lville are good teams, but if I'm a RB, USF looks pretty appealing.  Not sure if that drops a bit with Taggart gone, but DJ only has a year left, then who knows who has next?

I agree, I don't think we have anyone on the roster that's close to as good as DJ or Mack. Strong needs to sign this kid.

After scanning over the depth chart and watching a little film, I have to say I'm impressed by Elijah Mack and Tyler Pippens. I know a lot of people on here like Sands, but I think those 2 could bypass him

Pippens is small...but so was Lamar.  But he almost got killed a few times.  Pippens apparently was a very good KR in HS, so maybe he steps up, as we won't want DJ returning kicks as the featured back.

I know nothing about Pippens. I like that he had Ivy League interest. It's never a bad thing to have smart guys around. As for playing time, from what I know about Strong, Pippens would have fit better in CWT's backfield.

Hoping we can close this guy. Strong and Gilbert can sell him on being the next Mack or D'onta Foreman. He'd be a crown jewel in this class.

Anyone know if he's on campus now?
