He's formulating his staff; probably conducting interviews and figuring how his assistants' pool plays into it. He will finanlize his staff before the dead period is over.

He will then hit the road recruiting with his staff. I for one am happy he's taking his time announcing his staff.

I take issue with this chart. 'Stand him up at the gates of hell' doesn't really fit. He says he won't back down, but he doesn't say don't do it like with the others.
