USF won't get a coach away from VCU when you're going to struggle just to get to .500 in conference.

Matt McCall, Joe Dooley, maybe Dave Rice (he's looking for a fresh start, currently Assoc HC at Nevada)

Murry Bartow also wouldn't be a bad choice.

Duke coaching tree or Billy Donovan tree,  Shaka Smart may be available after this season

We thought a Calipari tree hire would be good.  It wasn't.

Nobody's going to get hired in January... Unless, it's someone who isn't working.

So, who's unemployed right now? :D

Lorenzo Romar may be out at UW this year. A lot of Seattle kids would love to go to college in Florida (I couldn't get out fast enough) and it is a top basketball city in the country; currently the #1 high school in the country is from Seattle. I get it's probably a long shot but would be worth reaching out.

Wow the #1 high school for basketball in Seattle and yet no professional team in the city?

Weird.

You would be surprised the number of NBA players who grew up in Seattle. Just cause the Sonics were stolen from the city didn't stop the love of the game. Besides when it drizzles 9 months out of the year you tend to gravitate to indoor sports.
