More praise for QF. Finally getting the much deserved spotlight.

I think a possible Heisman campaign is beginning for QF. First step is to increase national awareness, and the number of articles on national press has increased quite a bit over the last month. If such a campaign is beginning we should see some articles on him during spring practices and mentions on preseason rankings. Remember Jackson was relatively unknown at this time last year as well.

I think we need a rap track/viral music video from Plies to propel him to the top!

The fact that we end up ranked is key to the spotlight, as I'm sure it will get us into the 'way too early' preseason polls that will start popping up with QF's name prominently mentioned.

Come on guys, as much as I hope QF gets in the Heisman running next year, our SoS will never allow that. Even if we are ranked going into the season, 100% no chance the media gives him the attention that QF deserves. He'll be looked at as a nice story, and that will be all.

Some will not like it but we need to run up the score with Q doing it all until the gunnsounds in the 4th. Take no prisoners next year.

The only chance we have as a program to get recognition as highly ranked program and for Flowers to get on the Heisman radar is to take the same approach the UCONN girls BB team takes. Just play every game at the highest level from start to finish. We are going to blow every team on the schedule out. We can't let up on defense and can't take the foot off the pedal on offense in any game.

To get the recognition as a top program with the strength of schedule we have is going may require winning every game 45-10 or something like that. May require Flowers scoring like 4 or 5 TDs every game.

This +1000. It is no time to be weak...you need a friend, then get a dog...we need to roll some asses next year and have people hate us.

Can talk all we want about blowing everyone out but unless the defense improves, it won't happen. Despite trying to run it up at times we didn't blow anyone out since mid October when we stopped playing the worst of the conference. We likely lose a couple games next year as we will get every teams best shot and will be breaking in a new coach. Heisman for Flowers with our schedule would be laughable. I can't remember the last Heisman from a non-P5 team. Just look at the San Diego State RB to see how little numbers mean when you are an also ran conference.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
