Per Josh Newberg on twitter CCS is bringing his OC and OL coaches from UT Gilbert and Mattox.

Texas had a very good offense this season too and none of their QB's were near as good as Flowers. Also,  their offensive line paved the way for the nations leading rusher. Gilbert is from the Baylor

How do we know we don't need them? Were the other coaches wanting to stay? I think they all know where the chips are falling but are tight lipped about it.

I think Gilbert is a good OC.  Would like to see TJ stay and be co-oc and still coach WR.  Let them collaborate and build from each other, also the players seem to really love TJ.  

If we can keep King and the rest that would be great too, but some of these folks are going to leave for $ and to better there personal situation.  Hell Leavitt, got double his salary.

It was my assumption that coaches here wanted to stay. And our O-line over performed and our offense is beast. I'm more concerned with the other side of the ball. That was my point.

Gilbert is from the Baylor school of offense so I expect the offense to be very similar to what we run now. I would've loved to keep Hiller but Mattox appears to be no slouch
