I am starting this because I would like to win the off season.

What will be be doing this off season?

I've heard that he may be headed to the northwest to aid the endangered Bigfoot and Tibet to help the Yeti or to the Yucatan Peninsula to hand feed Chupacabra. Either way, DJ will do what DJ wants and we'll all be amazed by whatever it is.

Is that before or after he wrestles salt water crocs in Australia?

The footage of when Jeremy Wade saw him swimming and tried to put him on river monsters? I thought that was filmed in the amazon

DJ intends to do some light writing in the off season.  Mostly a combination of correcting inconsistencies in the Magna Carta and 'finalizing' the New Testament.
