The entire offensive staff needs to be brought back

Charlie can replace the entire defensive coaching staff, but he needs to leave the entire offensive staff intact.  USF doesn't need to be learning another system in the off season.  If it's not broke, don't fix it.

Strong will hire the people he is most comfortable and who he thinks gives him the best chance to win.  The offense will not be the same next year.

I will not be upset at all if  none of the defensive coaches are retained. I hope TJ Weist will be named the offensive coordinator and that all (if not most) of the offensive staff returns. But of course, Coach Strong will bring in many of his assistants from Texas.
