Anything from new recruits? Seems to be very quiet regardless of the dead period.

Am I supposed to be impressed CWT can get USF recruits to Oregon? Seems like a solid recipe for getting fired.

Willie also had 15 scholarships  to fill. Strong has 6ish. We also have no staff in place past Thursday and you then add to that yes it is the dead period. Don't be so impatient, if Willie were still here you would be hearing the same silence regarding recruiting right now.

I do still see Willie's tweet.....not directly to a recruit but a phrase or lyric which seem to be pointed to recruits....wont see that kind of stuff from Strong he doesnt even have twitter.....not saying thats good or bad

Do you mean get USF recruits to visit Oregon? Nobody has flipped yet have they?

Hopefully most have learned that Tweets aren't always telling, and that even if kids flip to other schools, there's no assurance they would have ever seen the USF campus, much less the field...much less contributed.

It's great to see recruiting news, but the proof is always in the coming years.

I expect things to be quiet until after the bowl game.  CCS needs to get a staff in place before he can really get started recruiting.  Most kids that are interested in and some that are verbally committed to USF are in wait and see mode until he gets his staff established.

Well, hopefully the bowl victory over SEC foe South Carolina will help with recruiting.
