I blame the superintendents, school boards, and principals rather than the teachers ...

Also, teachers unions.

The least you can do when you're taking shots at the education system is use proper punctuation.

If it makes you feel better, in my classes, punctuation doesn't count for anything. I'm all about content.

You think an OCS will make Raymond James more lively?

Yes, of course. You see, if there are no longer USF games at RJS because of the OCS then you wouldn't have to worry about how lively RJS is. It would now become the problem of the OCS which is a good thing. Heck tons of professors would go crazy trying to see if they can get the OCS more lively. Some will try to make it a real hot dog environment.

If it's not a sentence, do you really have to worry about punctuation?

What is it about that data that has you convinced that an OCS will crippled USF?

I see them at #59. UCF at #55.  A lot of well known programs ranked below us, most, if not all, on the list have an OCS.

Revenue and expenses are tight but that seems to be very common up and down the list.

I don't think this data as presented tells much of anything.

I believe all of us opposed to building one at this point in time have even stated(probably even in this thread) that we would love an OCS just its not worth the cost when there is a perfectly good stadium down the road.

If you mean by "not worth the cost" that if all we can afford right now is a piece of crap, glorified Florida high school stadium, I agree. If we could afford a Minnesota or Colorado State type stadium, it would be more than worth the cost if we can swing it.

Compare the Contribution levels of all the AAC programs listed and check back in with me ... and I wasn't the one who said it will cripple us.

Exactly, we can MAYBE afford The Wok at this point in time.

you'll never get any of it if you don't go ask...corporate naming rights and big name donors don't come to you, you have to go find them.

USF must first want an OCS...and from these conversations, that might not be the case.

I do wonder how much of our longing for an OCS doesn't come from the fact we've been told we can't have one. (you always want what people say you can't have)

we do have everything we need at the Liberty Bowl from a sweetheart lease, to close proximity to campus.

Wondering if you know how long the Sun Dome, on campus, has gone without anyone finding a sponsor?  Pretty sure they're still looking.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
