The College of Engineering will soon have a brand new Building 4. From the looks of the designs, it will be located where the current welcome center is. http://www.usf.edu/engineering/about/envisionspring2016web.pdf

Good to see they are expanding.

That's quite a lobby/atrium area. In my day, all we had was the Kopp building (which was fun to rappel on during Expo - anybody else remember that?). Clicking one of the related videos - we even have a reserved dorm for Engineering students now (ELLC) how cool is that??? The vid shows a very diverse racial/ gender student body, is Engineering balanced these days? In my day, about 80% of the Engineering females were studying Industrial, and CS/CE/EE/ME/ChE were 90% or more male, 80% caucasian
