That would be the ultimate fight.

Coward Kaepernick taking on the big, bad, evil United States that has not only enriched hundreds of millions of people, but freed many more, is an easy fight.  Anyone can do that.  Heck I think they teach that in school now. 

But Coward taking on the NFL and Roger Goodell would be a real fight and the one worth covering.

Okay, so, I'm as patriotic as they come.  I think it's stupid to play the National Anthem before sporting events.  Not a big fan of forced patriotism.  With that said, one should still respect the country that allowed him to make millions playing a a game.

I agree completely with that, but also agree that if it is played you show proper respect .... which also means if you can't sing a lick, don't.

9ers have no use for him anyway.  He's looking to get cut with the guaranteed $12 million left on his contract.

Maybe he'll put his money where his mouth is.  Unlikely, of course.

They benched him last season, I think they have Blaine Gabbert starting this season...that's how bad Colin is.  He's been sitting for quite a while.  Blew his opportunity and now wants to make headlines.
