Yup. Cajun cuisine is one of my favorites.

For you history buffs, New Orleans also has a fantastic World War II museum.  Definitely worth spending some time there.

I love New Orleans!  This history of the city, the culture and of course the food is amazing.  I do agree the smell can be awful at times in the French Quarter.  Don't walk around in the morning on garbage pick up days in the French Quarter and you should be okay.
