Devante Phillips from FSUs little brother. If he committed great, hope he's more Jimmy Bayes and Armunz Mathews and less Tshumbi Johnson and his teammate that were our first commits a few years back. Always interesting when guys commit this early.

My feeling is he wants the hometown Miami offer, but it won't come, so he commits to us since he still seems to like USF, the coaches and players. We have a decent amount of Miami guys on the squad.
