Seems like coach COA is getting desperate at SG/SF if he's going after this player this hard.

Admittedly I thought recruiting would go a little better but right now Fitts is probably the best that USF can get at this point for the position. Getting Baxter before he blew up was huge and Feliz is a good looking prospect to. The 2016 class had so much potential program changing talent located in the state it would have been nice to land at least 1.

The 4 and 5 spots are just going to have to be filled with whatever USF can get at this point unless a surprise or two emerges. Really disappointed that USF couldn't do better there and I'm sure COA thought things would be better as well

 

Haven't got Baxter yet. The right program comes after him after his blow up, may be hard to keep him ...

I'm with Vega in COA hasn't really addressed recruiting for the 4 or 5 spot. We need bigs badly. Cousins will be gone after this year, and Perry next, we need depth.

I agree we need more bodies, but Guerrero, Da Silva, and Santos have the makings of a serviceable group down low.

Santos is more of SF than a PF, I think. I'm really looking forward to seeing Guerrero's growth. I think he's got some great upside.

Again at this point this guy and others like him might be all that's left for COA and staff. They where at Victory Prep to check him and another Big out recently. This staff just started looking that way after all the other prospects scratched USF off their list.
