Does anyone feel like the wet weather plaguing Tally over the next few hours favors FSU due to the sloppy running conditions and Q's inconsistent arm?

Good thing is, maybe fewer home fans show up because of the rain. USF fans already made the trek up hours ago or are currently in transit..now if only their band with that stupid Tomahawk Chop wouldn't show.
