Well he certainly has the patented USF shoulder slam tackle technique down.  God forbid we find somebody who can actually wrap a runner up instead of trying to blast him with a shoulder pop.

I'd love to see some support at MLB this year, but he surely has to sit.  Still, that gives him time to acclimate and for USF to decide if he's a fit for the team.

 

The odd side:  with all these transfers, Taggart may be able to make the argument that his deck is stacked for 2016, "If you'll just give me another year with my incoming studs".

I'm starting to lean that way, but if he goes 4-8 or 5-7 this year and gets another, 6-6 ain't gonna cut it.

New photo on his twitter feed, sporting the "1" jersey. Chris Barr has "1" on offense, so perhaps that Cecil's number. It's not "3" but it's a pretty darn good number if that's going to be his.

I kinda wish college used the numbering system the NFL uses.  It's so weird to single digit 300# guys on the line.

 

But, hey...as long as he can beast out in the middle.

I hope Twitter isn't an indication of his academic strength.  Spelling "scared" as "sacred" on 2 Tweets isn't encouraging.

 

Waging was on Twitter is silly, but seems to be the new thing (see Shaq v Scottie recently).

Difference is Shaq and Scottie or Taylor Swift and Nikki Minaj have lots to gain in the form of publicity. Helps line the coffers.
