Gibbons doesn't have to sit, I assume Cherry will.

Not sure about that.  Did not take classes, did not play a down and got a signed release.   Might be able to sneak it under the wire.   Anyway, he is a Freshman, lots for him to learn.

 

Cherry was taking classes at texas...there was a guy on the texas board saying he was in a class with him.

 

Ok, he is toast for being eligible to play this year.

I'm a fan of freshman redshirting, getting bigger/faster and learning the system. We are good at LB this year anyways.
