I know most of you are excited that Asiantii Woulard is finally a Bull. Me, I'll wait... Sure, I'm glad he's on board. But I wouldn't go so far as to say, "excited."

Why? We don't have a long history of football, but we have had so many QBs come through USF, and only a few have done well.

My biggest letdown? Carlton Hill. Man, I was so excited about him.

JEFFERSON COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL - Class A first team all-state...Four-star ranking by Rivals.com...Also rated as 20th best “athlete in the nation†and 25th player at any position in Florida...Ranked as the 12th best prospect in Florida by the Tampa Tribune and 14th by St. Petersburg Times... Ranked 53rd  in Florida by Orlando Sentinel...Threw for 1,765 yards and 20 touchdowns in 2004...Also ran for 888 yards and 12 touchdowns... Coached by Jeff Schaum.

And then what about Courtney Denson?

CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL: Dade County Most Valuable Player and Offensive Player of the Year in 2002 when he threw for 1,905 yards and 21 touchdowns ... Also rushed for 615 yards and 12 touchdowns ... Played in Dade-Broward All-Star Game and had six carries for 106 yards ... Ranked top quarterback in the state by Florida Times Union.

One person who surprised me was Grant Gregory. He didn't shine at USF. However, under Bill Snyder, he started for the 2009 team. They didn't look too bad. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_Kansas_State_Wildcats_football_team

Let’s not forget Evan Kraky who was a big letdown.  He came to USF in 2003 throwing the most yards in Pennsylvania H.S. history at that time.  Good size, good speed, etc.  Then, never saw the playing field here and finally transferred out to somewhere.

Wake me when AW is allowed to play. Then we can talk about what our QBs can and cannot do.

I don't know why any Bulls fan wouldn't be excited that Woulard is transferring. This is the best news the program has received in years.

Wasn't White All-State, Mr. Football, etc,?

Give me another Grothe, with minimal talent and a TON of heart any day. IF any of the guys on the roster now and/or committed play with anywhere near the grit and determination that Matt and BJ played with, we'll be bowling every year.

I don't know if White was even All-County.
