Official renders? These were pulled directly from the schematic drawings. Drawings are probably at 75% which might be generous. Some minor cleanup but this is what the stadium is going to look like barring significant cuts during negotiation.
Thoughts
1. Love the recessed lower bowl design. Easy access to the seat direct from the gate.
2. Party patio is going to wild place. Hopefully everyone can control their alcohol and no one gets kicked out for pouring a beer over the edge.
3. The suites are going to be sweet. Swing door access to private seating. That will be a premium experience.

Similar to when Suffolk setup in downtown Tampa in hopes of landing Water St projects, it feels the same with Barton Malow.
Their Tampa prime sub base is more than likely non-existent thus having RR Simmons join in on this project. Hell their grand opening of a Tampa office was a few weeks back. Cart before the horse.
As soon as the ITB goes out from Barton Malow, I'll pull the axonometric drawings / elevations, and get them posted.
Curious to see what changes are made from the Design / GMP phase, to addendum 1 and what value engineered options are adopted.
Unless they value engineered it out of the final design the translucent panels will be Kalwall or a comparable product.

This young man has the makings of a young Isaiah Simmons at Clemson. Takes a redshirt year to bulk up, plays safety, then grows into OLB by junior year.
