    Tickets going fast. I secured a GA. Alot were sold to season ticket members before 2 PM. My sister got 4 Club seats, but we needed 5. She emailed her rep and got the 4 prior to 2 PM

    Doesn't mean anything for the standings, but the baseball team needs to get back on track and win the series vs the Tinmen. Tonight we have Hunter Mink on the mound. He's looked really good so far. Need to win Game 1, goes a long way in winning the series normally. Tinmen are 6-0 but really haven't played anybody. We are 4-3 and really haven't beaten anybody good. The losses are all quality losses, but sooner or later you have to win some of these. Tonight would be one of those. Go Bulls!

    Mink only gave up 2 and went 2 and 1/3 innings. I'd say thats a whole lot better than giving up 5 earned runs in only 1 inning

    Get GA seats, definitely the most bang for your buck. I think the only area that stands the entire time is the Student Section which will be directly opposite of that GA section. I've been to about 7 games this year and it is a fun time with this team.

    Went to the SMU game and it was a blast. I know it was listed as a sellout, but there were a bunch of empty seats up top. Not even close to the FAU game sellout. Students have showed up in force and makes that atmosphere a great one.

    Bad 1st Inning for Adan Longoria. He got roughed up for 5 runs. A big 2 Run Homer then 3 Walks followed be a bases clearing double to put us in a huge whole. And then he got puled after getting out of the inning. I find it strange Billy started a Freshman on the road. Turned out to be the wrong move. I was thinking Gailey or Mink would go the first 2 or 3 innings and then hand it over to the bullpen. Either way, down 5-0 to the Noles on the road isn't good.

    Great night out at the ballpark. The crowd was a near sellout. I don't remember ever having this big of a crows for a non UF or FSU game. So that was great to see. Pitching was great but a bad pickoff attempt after putting a guy on by a hit by pitch plated what turned out to be the winning run. There was just no hitting all night. Mayo and Monque struck out a combined 8 times out of the 6 and 7 slots in our lineup. Can't have that if you want to compete. Hopefully the bats show up today if they are able to play. Forecast doesn't look good for baseball today. Go Bulls!

    Baseball is back this weekend! Should be some good games versus some quality opponents. Friday we play our old conference foe UConn at 6PM. Saturday we play another familiar team with Louisville. Sunday we get Indiana State at 1 PM. I believe all 3 opponents made the College Tourney last season so it will be a good test for our Bulls. Also if you are going to the Sunday hoops game vs FAU at Noon, you can use that ticket to get into the baseball game after that. Single game tickets are $15 or if you plan on going to a few games the Double Play pass is the way to go. It gets you into all baseball and softball games for $99. Go Bulls!

    Difference is Notre Dame has to play at Wake. They play 4 or 5 ACC teams per year. They don't have to play at our new place. It will either be played at RayJay or not at all. You can take that to the bank.

    With the capacity of our new stadium we will have to play/schedule the bigger teams for RayJay. Notre Dame, Alabama, Florida, FSU, etc won't play at our on campus stadium. I imagine most SEC teams wouldn't either, aside from Vandy and maybe Kentucky. Not that we play too many Big 10 teams at home but most of those wouldn't be on campus either. Always thought we should build for at least 40,000. But what do I know?

    It will be interesting which Arms will be in the wkd rotation. Last year was a mess all around with the pitching. Hitting was good for the most part and Defense was solid. The pitchers need to step up for us to finish 5th in this league.

    Jose gets a pass. This team is probably his worst in the last 10 years, but he's had the best program overall at USF and it's not even close.

    Black's family was next to us at the Bowl game. His Dad was funny saying his son was nervous when he entered the game at the end.

    What did WVU end up being ranked that season? 2006? That one has to be the best team we beat. All of the other ones listed were big at the time but the teams didn't end up being good.

    Home and homes with Florida or FSU for that matter, are rare. Seems like we play on average 4 or 5 away games to every home game against those 2 opponents

    The baseball schedule was released this week. Interesting opening weekend of games for the Bulls. Need to start the year right by winning 2 of those 3 games. Also for those interested, the Double Play Pass gets you in to all of the Baseball and Softball home games. Cost is only $75. I believe the price goes up after December. Go Bulls!
