  1. I'm sure this topic will get a lot more play once there is a ticket offering but if we have a 10,000 ticket allotment, will our fans come alive and buy the allotment? 75%? 50%? I am of the old school thought that this is my school regardless....that said, yeah, we'll be there. We need more old school fans and fewer bandwagoners. It's college football people....you get just a few Saturdays a year to get out and see a few games...look forward to it! Don't whine about the weather and that we're not in the top 25. (or 50) Our time will come again...don't come back as a bandwagoner.
  2. My initial take is that USF has been consulting with the Obama Administration and trying to figure out how to shift more of the burden to the "nation's wealthiest people". LOL...the cheap seats costs less than ever and the not cheap seats will be unoccupied or given out as a freebie each game to Beyonce, JZ and Lady Gaga.
  3. Let's all just try to man up a little here....it's COLLEGE FOOTBALL...find a way to get over yourselves and cover up a red seat. This reminds me of a scene from Animal House. USF Football is not over. UCF....dead man. Get off your couch....no No-Shows.
  4. That is disappointing...I know he had his heart in the right place for a long time and did good things for USF and for a lot of us was our connection to USF through the Bulls Club. He will be missed....Eric, we wish you and Liisa the best.
  5. Anyone else going? Will I be the only Bull in the house? I have 2 extra tickets in Section 104 if someone needs some decent tickets. Would sell the pair for $25.
  6. Call me 863.860.6436. $40 for the pair...last minute cancellation. Will be at the game and can meet you.
  7. Tell people Justin Bieber might show up...it's a rumor. Bottom line...people in the Bay Area are not sports fans and only understand one thing about sports and it has to do with "winning". They don't care about sports they like the endorphins that go with winning. I like sports. I will show. At the last game, in spite of the small crowd one thing was clear...the people who were there were sports fans and understood what was happening on the field. In that respect, it was kind of nice. All that said...I'll go with 38K just because people understand the opponent is ranked #8. ROLL 'EM, ROCKY!!
  8. Directv 639 in HD. Just called to add the sports package back in and the game will be on full blast.
  9. Communicate to the students ...Bull .... **** ... It's college football. You've only got 6 or 7 days a year to come out and support your school and not coming tonight, the conference opener, was a joke. I could kind of understand if Holtz was still here but you've got a new regime, trying to get this thing turned around and you've got assclowns turning their back on the team already .... pathetic. Props to the ones that were there, though. Well said...it's absolutely crazy that more people don't see it this way. Win, lose or draw if that was possible...you've got just a few games and then it's done.
  10. I COMMIT that I will NOT give up on this team unless they give up on themselves. See you Saturday and Go Bulls! #bullsforlife
  11. I wasn't so positive after the Louisville game...but seeing us closer to full strength yesterday with Hawkins...I'm liking it. How much longer will Noriega be out?
  12. $10 to leave your car in the parking lot is another reason we can't get people out to watch a pretty good basketball team. Shouldn't there be a trade off for the guaranteed attendance and the thought that an affordable evening might bring more people out? Go back to $5!
